2. Falta de autenticidad: El cliente tiene un plazo máximo de 7 días continuos tras la recepción para entregar un certificado escrito de inautenticidad emitido por Entrupy o una negativa formal de servicio por inautenticidad emitida por la casa de diseño.

3. Pérdida o robo del paquete: Requiere que la empresa de transporte (actualmente UPS) confirme oficialmente que el paquete está "perdido en tránsito" tras concluir su investigación interna.
